In a clean bowl, mix the yogurt, honey, and lemon juice.
Stir until you get a smooth, consistent paste.
If using oatmeal, add it last and mix well.
2 tablespoons plain yogurt (soothes & hydrates)
1 teaspoon honey (antibacterial & moisturizing)
1 teaspoon lemon juice (brightens skin, reduces spots)
Optional: 1 teaspoon oatmeal powder (gentle exfoliation)
Wash your face with lukewarm water and a gentle cleanser.
Apply an even layer of the mask to your face (avoid eyes and lips).
Leave it on for 10–15 minutes.
Rinse off with lukewarm water and pat dry.
Follow with a light moisturizer.
Recommended use: 1–2 times per week.
